So many people I know have a love/hate relationship with caffeine. We love it because it’s awesome. We hate it because it affects our sleep, it doesn’t go well with various health issues, and it affects our sleep.

Did I mention it affects our sleep?

A few months ago Tim sent me a link for Magic Mind because he knows I love caffeine and caffeine energy boosts, but need to limit it for various health reasons. After a quick perusal of the website and learning about how and why it was developed and how using it drastically reduces your need for caffeine, I thought, “why not?” and placed my first order.

The box arrived a few days later, and after adding it to my daily routine, my energy and attention have improved in ways that made me literally send an email to the Magic Mind people and ask how I can partner with them to spread the word about the glorious benefits of their glorious product.

I’m pretty picky about book recommendations and other suggestions I offer to my Spiritual Direction for Writers clients, readers, and social media audience. I’m also a tad freaked out by a lot of influencer-ish things I see on social media. But I really do love Magic Mind and want others to know about this option.

So, this is me spreading the word about the glorious benefits of Magic Mind.

(Please note, the link to their website that I use in this post is an affiliate link that will give you a 20% discount off of your first order. Also. I’m not a doctor or a health professional. Please read their entire website and ask your doctor if it’s safe for you to use with your meds, etc.)

What Is Magic Mind?
Here’s what the website says: Each shot contains a magical combination of 12 active ingredients designed to stimulate focus, creativity, energy, and motivation while decreasing stress, oxidation, and decreases post-exercise inflammation in the body.”

To read more about the ingredients, go to their website and click on “Learn” in the upper right corner.

How I Use Magic Mind
My daily caffeine intake usually includes one cup of coffee when I wake up, followed by an iced green tea + Magic Mind concoction of some sort an hour later. I may have decaf coffee later in the day for comfort reasons, but I rarely need additional caffeine beyond the one cup of coffee, one serving of green tea or matcha, and one serving of Magic Mind. Also, some mornings I have decaf coffee instead of regular coffee. I could probably switch to all decaf all the time, but I do enjoy that little coffee caffeine buzz I get from one cup of coffee in the early morning hours.

It did take a few days for me to experience maximum benefits when I first started using Magic Mind. I’d say I experienced about 50% of the benefits the first couple of days. Also, they recommend taking a week off every few months to make sure you don’t develop a tolerance. I have already skipped it here or there without any problems.

The biggest differences I’ve noticed since I found Magic Mind are fewer (zero?) energy dips throughout each day, and I’m sleeping better than I have in like 15-20 years. My writing and spiritual direction work are going really well, and I’m not as grumpy in the evenings.
